John’s parents called this morning and told us they were going to the temple in LA and wondered if we would bring Kevin and Adam to see them. They readily admit they want to see the boys and it doesn’t really matter if we’re there. So of course we drove over for lunch. Adam had not met his Grandpa Bunting or Great-Grandma Sherrill yet. I think he made a good impression on them, I don’t think he cried the entire time we were together.
Here’s the mom checking out her son. “What is this thing on your face?” It seems a lot of people have been asking this lately.
Grandma is in heaven with her little boys.

Kevin had a great time running around outside the visitor’s center while I fed Adam in the car.
Mommy and Kevin coloring without paper! Wow! Have you been to the new LA Temple Visitor’s Center? You should check it out. They have some wonderful presentations on family, service, the life of Christ, the Book of Mormon, and more. We learned some interesting things about the LA temple. Did you know the land used to belong to a silent movie actor? And the technology is amazing too. And you never know who you’ll run into. (Shout out to Sister Vidmar!)
And of course, no trip to a temple visitor’s center would be complete without a picture in front of the Christus. Jesus loves you!
