Technically today is over with daylight savings and since I’m in California and Ellie is in Idaho. But today, March 8, is Ellie’s 4th birthday. Ellie is one of my nieces and she is such a sweet little girl. She has lots of energy and always has to have something in her hands (she really likes to hold screwdrivers). She is learning to do sign language, and she loves to eat potato chips. If you are lucky enough, she will cuddle with you and she just melts your heart.

You can definately tell that you and Ellie are related in this picture! I really like that picture! Thank goodness, Ellie has moved on to holding other items (barets, spoons) and away from screwdrivers…more people friendly!
I don’t know Ellie, but I love four-year olds. And she’s a cutie. The fact that she likes to hold screwdrivers makes her double cute!
P.S. Most of my grandkids like to hold ANYTHING that’s dangerous!

Holly – I was thinking the same thing when I posted this picture. And Maria, that’s really nice of you seeing as you haven’t seen me in almost 2 years! I’m sure you are a really cute pregnant lady. Maybe someday I’ll see you pregnant. Even better – maybe someday we can be pregnant at the same time. (not this time around though) I haven’t been back to that yoga class. I enjoyed it except for the fact that it was too long. Maybe after tax season is over I will go back.
