All Your Mysteries Solved!

Published by John under Our Blog

The mystery of the white Michael Jackson has finally been solved.

It appears the real Michael Jackson is still alive and has come back to planet Earth to reclaim his musical career.

 See below ->

Next week we solve the mystery of Big Foot.

In other news Micro$oft is gonna release some fixes for Vista

(which I currently am running; it’s got bugs but I have no real complaints)

Seems they found a few issues and bug in the current version. Clicky.

The Long Way Home

Published by John under Our Blog

So, I got up this morning at 6AM. Went to the first airport and boarded my flight.

Flew to Seattle, WA and some retard made a bomb threat. Our flight left Seattle, WA an hour late. Got to LAX and then took a turboprop to San Luis Obispo, CA.

[Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) below]

I took 3 separate planes and took off / landed 4 times. This is a great example of how NOT to experience the friendly skies.

The funny part is; this was a one-way flight. If you want to go on your own adventure below is how I did it.

Happenings

Published by John under Our Blog

Here we are in ID at the reunion. It’s my Mother-in-Law’s family.
We got up and went four wheeling and went up to a spring and some historic cabin.
Then we spent the 4 hours doing relay races and our team still lost.
I guess tonight we have a talent show.

So we are at Island Park, ID in the middle of nowhere and I have high speed internet.
That part is truly sweet.

I have fallen in love with Steve Jobs and his blog. Steve ownes and started a small
computer company called Apple. Lately he has been writing about Al Gore.
Apparently Al Gore got in a fight with Tipper and is staying at Steve’s house.
Al is total slob and is putting away junk food like it’s going out of style. I bet the
next time I see him on TV he will have gained 20 lbs.Well, the best part is Al Gore
has been leaving lights on in the house and driving a SUV that gets 10 MPG on the highway.
Total hypocrisy.

One last thing, get an email from Crystal a friend of mine from High school.
She is doing good and I added her blog to our blog list.

Later,
JLB

My family is growing

Published by John under Our Blog

I am leaving for Idaho today and I’m so excited because I get to be with my family. My little brother is getting married on Aug. 4 - congratulations Megan and Jeff! We’re excited to have Kierra join the family too.  I’m sure Abby is especially excited.  Plus, my brother Josh and his wife Kari had a baby yesterday - Oakley - so I get to go meet her. I heard that her 2-year old sisters have been calling her “baby Oke-a-lee” so I can’t wait to hear that for myself. I will post a picture as soon as I get one. Also, sorry for the poor picture, we don’t have a very good scanner. This is actually a really pretty announcement with purple accents, Megan did a great job on them.

Funny quotes

Published by John under Our Blog

Jocelyn and Karrie are always posting funny things their kids say.  We don’t have any kids in the house, but what Leo said last night did make me laugh and I wanted to share!

John and I are going to bed and Leo says, “If you hear the great horned owl, you know, the one that says ‘who, who’ chase it away.”  He was afraid the big owl would eat the baby barn owl now living on the roof of the house.  We told Leo we would get a flashlight and keep an all-night vigil.
